Who am I?

Hi!

I am Juan Camilo. I am born and raised here in my beautiful hometown of Cali, Colombia. And since 2022 I've been dedicating most of my time to tourism.

Tourism has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and showcase my culture and city to them. I love eating, I love animals and I love nature, and that is what I show people in my tours! I like to say that if you enjoy what you do then you shine through it and people enjoy it as well. That is why I focus on food tours, nature tours, and why my brand is called Cali Cultural Tours. I have a nickname for it: Cali COOLtural tours.

I love how my job allows me to be my own boss. I am a one-man-show, and that comes with ups and downs, like everything in life. I get to decide when and where to enjoy my free time, but when something goes wrong... it's all on me. Usually however, everything goes smoothly, and people really enjoy taking my experiences. Just check my instagram and you'll see many pictures of people that have. Instagram @CaliCulturalTours.

It's not all just me, as sometimes I get help from my dad Juan Manuel, from my best friend Mateo, from my colleague and friend Andrés or from my other friend Juan David. Together we make this alliance of friends eager and ready to welcome you to Colombia's 3rd largest city.

I love working and sometimes it's hard for me not to (LOL), or even to not talk about it. It already took me 4 paragraphs here!! I also love music in every shape and way: I love singing it, I love playing it and I love dancing it. The last couple of years have also been my introduction and dive into music as a singer and as an instrument player. After going to the river, it is definitely my favorite activity... maybe only after eating. Cooking as well!

You want me happy? Take me out to eat hehehe.

That's for a short description of what I like. Let me know what you like!
